SystemLink Grafana Dashboard Not Applying Colour Value Mapping

Issue Details

• I have created a visualization panel in SystemLink Grafana, but when I apply a Value Mapping, nothing happens. How can I fix this?
• In a SystemLink Grafana dashboard, I want to change the color of cells in a table. I have tried adding Value Mappings and Overrides, but nothing works.
• I have applied a Value Mapping to my Grafana dashboard (similar to the below image) but my table never updates. What am I doing wrong?

Solution

1. Select the All tab from the panel options.

2. Scroll through the list of options to find Cell Options >> Cell Type.
3. Set Cell Type to Colored Text or Colored Background, depending on your preference.

4. The Value Mapping or Override should now apply. If not, click Apply to save your changes.
5. [OPTIONAL] If your panel applies other colors that you did not define in a Value Mapping or Override, it is also necessary to change the Color Scheme option:
   1. Continue scrolling through the list of options until you find Standard Options >> Color Scheme.
   2. Change the value to Single Color.
   3. To the right of the drop-down menu, select the circle icon to select a color. Select the Transparent option.
   4. Click Apply to save changes.
