This article describes how to install different versions of the LabVIEW MathScript RT Module for use with MathScript Nodes in a Real-Time (RT) application.

Notes on Support

Before proceeding, it should be noted that the LabVIEW MathScript Module (and MathScript RT Module) is deprecated as of 2023. The latest version released is 2022 Q3.

When using MathScript Nodes on an RT target, not all functions are supported. Refer to Support for Control Design MathScript RT Module Functions in Real-Time Applications for a list of unsupported functions.

NI does not recommend using the MathScript Module for new programs and instead recommends the LabVIEW MATLAB functions. Refer to Migrating to LabVIEW MATLAB Functions from MathScript Nodes for further details.

For installation instructions, refer to the section relevant for your software version.
