How to Hide Software Serial Number in NI License Manager?

My product serial number is displayed on the Local Licenses tab of NI License Manager.
How can I hide my product serial number in NI Licence Manager?

If you activated your product with a serial number, the serial number will be displayed in NI License Manager. You can hide your serial number by deactivating your current activation and reactivating your product using an activation code.

(After activation with serial number)

  1. Right-click on the software and select Deactivate.

  1. Right-click and select <Activate>.
  2. In the pop-up window, select <Enter activation codes> from the selection bar.
  3. Enter the activation code and click <Activate>.

  1. (Optional: Verify that the serial number is not visible in NI License Manager)
Deactivate your product and, try reactivating it using serial number by selecting
<Enter a serial number> in the activation window. You can notice that the serial number is no longer displayed.

  1.  reuse your activation code to reactivate your product.
