Access Standard Service Program (SSP) with a Volume License Agreement (VLA)

We have several licenses that are part of a Volume License Agreement (VLA).
  • Do multiple users get phone support? 
  • Can the users have access to Standard Service Program (SSP)?
  • How does users access older versions? 

Through a VLA multiple users may become entitled to our Standard Service Program (SSP). To get users this entitlement the software administrator will need to email with your Service ID and a list of with the full name and email of the contacts to add.

If you are an end user of the VLA and need help determining who your software administrator is, please contact NI Support with your request.

The Standard Service Program is designed to provide you with the latest software technology through automatic upgrades, ability to download previous versions of software, and access to a higher level of technical support through phone and e-mail access to NI Technical Support Engineers.
