Error -1074360293 (Timeout) When Grabbing HDMI Video from Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4k with LabVIEW

The error -1074360293 shows up when I grab HDMI video using the PCIe video capture such as Intensity Pro 4K from Blackmagic with LabVIEW.

Make sure all required software is installed and the correct video input and image format are set as described in Acquire Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K Images (HDMI and Analog Video Inputs).
Make sure that Intensity Pro 4K works as expected with Blackmagic Desktop Video software.
Try the Intensity Pro 4K in different PCI slots.
Reinstall Vision Acquisition Software or update to higher version from here.
Reinstall the Blackmagic driver.

The same error -1074360293 that occurs in LabVIEW is the timeout error 0xBFF6901B when grabbing an image in NI-MAX.
