Error with Package ni-mssqlserver2008r2expr During LabVIEW 2019 Installation

  • When installing LabVIEW 2019 using NI Package Manager I get the following error:
  • When I try to install LabVIEW 2019 with the Database Connectivity Toolkit, I get this error:
There was a problem executing your request.
An error occurred while installing a package: ni-mssqlserver2008r2expr (10.1.0.49152-0+f0)
Please check your Internet connection and try again.
 

Why do I get this error?

Solution

This error can be fixed by first installing LabVIEW 2019. After restarting the computer, install the LabVIEW toolkit that you need.
