Display Serial Number in NI License Manager

Issue Details

In NI License Manager sometimes the serial numbers doesn’t appear. This especially happens when it's activated using activation code or when using a network license.


Why is this happening?

Solution

It's not possible to show Serial Numbers when the activation is done using an Activation Code or when it's done through the network using a server (Volume License Agreement).
The Serial number also will not show if the end-user choose to Check my Account for License while activating this.
Ask your Software Administrator for a seat if you want to activate your software.
