Can I Purchase Individual Components of the NI Hardware?

Issue Details

I am looking to purchase a specific piece of hardware or component found within my NI product. I do not see this hardware listed on the website. Can I purchase individual hardware components?

Solution

NI does not sell individual components used in the hardware unless otherwise listed on our website, or the part is listed as an accessory or cable for the device. 

If a component is damaged, you can contact NI Repair Services to send your malfunctioning device for repair. 

Additional Information

  • Depending on the hardware, you can find information about the model manufacturer of some connectors in the specifications, in case you need to purchase it directly with them. However replacing components is not a supported procedure by NI, which is why we recommend Repair Services to fix damaged parts. 
  • Some PXI(e) devices have replacement power supply shuttles that can be replaced by the end-user.
