Issue Details

When I am using the RFmx Pulse to measure the Acquired Amplitude in Instrument Studio, I noticed that the X-axis always starts at approximately 3us instead of 0s.

15010

Is this intended? What can I configure to shift the X-axis?

Solution

In RFmx Pulse, the Acquired Amplitude trace displayed in Subset mode includes a fixed pre-pulse observation region. Therefore, the first subset begins at approximately −3 µs to provide baseline and pulse detection data. The trace X-axis is determined by the selected subset rather than the trigger delay setting, which is why changing Trigger Delay does not shift the displayed start time. This behavior is expected and is required for accurate pulse measurements.
