NI Switch Executive Test Panel Partially Renders in NI MAX

Issue Details

I open the NI Switch Executive Test Panel from NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (NI MAX), but the Test Panel does not render correctly. Portions of the user interface appear as blank white areas, while some controls and information are displayed normally.

Solution

One known cause of this behavior is Windows display scaling configured above 100%.
To resolve the issue:
  1. Open Settings>>System>>Display.
  2. Locate the Scale setting under Scale & layout.
  3. Set the scaling value to 100%.
  4. Close NI MAX completely.
  5. Reopen NI MAX.
  6. Launch the NI Switch Executive Test Panel again.
