NI-SCOPE Detailed Help Displays "No Results" in NI Offline Help Viewer

Issue Details

I am using LabVIEW in an offline environment, and I have disabled Use online help in NI Help Preferences. When I click Detailed help from the Context Help window for an NI-SCOPE VI, the NI Offline Help Viewer opens but displays a "No Results" page instead of the expected documentation.
Where can I view the detailed help or offline documentation for NI-SCOPE when the NI Offline Help Viewer displays a "No Results" page?

Solution

NI-SCOPE documentation is not available as a dedicated manual package in the NI Offline Help Viewer. If you need to access NI-SCOPE documentation while working offline, the following options are available:

Option 1: Open the Local NI-SCOPE Help Files

The NI-SCOPE documentation is installed locally with the driver and can be found in the following directory:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI-SCOPE\Documentation
