GRPC Error When Logging Into Nigel™ AI

Issue Details

When attempting to log into the Nigel AI, I encounter the following error message:

Error starting gRPC service: Status(StatusCode="Unavailable", starting gRPC call, HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. IOException: The request was aborted. IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.. SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.",  DebugException="System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request.') 

 

Solution

This error is usually caused by a firewall or anivirus. To resolve this error, please refer to Configuring IT Network Settings for Accessing Nigel AI.
