Why My NI PXIe-4142 Will Result in Error When Running 0 Amps in Current Sequence?

Issue Details

I am using the NI PXIe-4142 and I would like to have the PXIe-4142 to run 0 amps at the sequence beginning under current sequence mode.

However, when I start to run, it comes back with an error stating that the PXIe-4142 is in error as follows:

How do I solve this?

Solution

This is expected due to hardware architecture of NI PXIe-414X. 

The workaround will be manually configure the sequence range from fit to manual and selecting 150mA as the range.
