Issue Details
NI DIAdem fails to launch after installation. When starting DIAdem, one or more of the following symptoms may occur:
- DataFinder cannot start
- Error related to DFDB_Standard.dll not opening or loading
- DIAdem crashes immediately after launch
- Errors appear even after a clean reinstall of DIAdem
This issue has been observed on Windows systems where DIAdem previously worked and started failing after recent Windows or software updates. Below is the example of the error:
