NI does not provide technical support for third-party APIs that are developed and maintained by external vendors, even when they are used within LabVIEW. NI Support can assist with determining whether an issue is related to LabVIEW itself or to NI software behavior. However, troubleshooting, debugging, and support for third-party APIs must be handled by the API provider.
As you can see from the product page of the API, the technical support is provided by the API developer company.
