Issue Details

What network and firewall settings are needed to access Nigel AI?

Solution

Ensure the PC allows the following NI URLs and ports through the firewall:

    • delta.ni.com - Port 443
    • download.ni.com - Port 80
    • ni.com - Port 80

 

Whitelist the following URLS in proxy servers, SSL Inspection, firewalls, and in any other relevant security software:

    • *.emerson.com
    • *.digicert.com
    • https://tnm.emerson.com
    • https://crl3.digicert.com
    • https://crl4.digicert.com
    • https://ocsp.digicert.com

 

You may need to reset your Nigel login after applying these changes.
