I generated a LabVIEW executable using the LabVIEW Application Builder from the application I developed.

When I tried to install the executable, it freezes at 0% progress while installing the .NET Desktop Runtime 64‑bit, as shown below:

How can I resolve this?

The lack of permissions could cause the installation to freeze.
