Why does DIAdem on the customer’s PC show an expiration date of 2026/03/30, even though the official license information screen shows the correct contract validity of 2027/03/30?
This issue occurs when the NI License Manager (NILM) is unable to retrieve the updated contract expiration date from the internet. The PC displayed an older expiration value (2026/03/30) because NILM could not access NI’s online licensing services.
