How to Access DVR DPD Based Example in RFIC Test Software?

RFIC Test Software 2025 Q4 has officially added support for Decomposed Vector Rotation (DVR) to the Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD) model. This article will guide you on how to access its LabVIEW and .NET C# examples.

For LabVIEW-based Example

  1. Install LabVIEW (kindly reboot when requested).
  2. Install NI-RFSA, NI-RFSG, NI-RFMX, and NI RFIC Test Software (kindly reboot when requested).
  3. Launch RFIC Test Automation Wizard.
  4. Select LabVIEW as the development environment.
  5. Insert the preferred name for the LabVIEW project to be generated with examples.
  6. Do remember the Project Target Folder.
  7. (Optional) Select your preferred standard(s) in Supported Standards.
  8. Select All for LabVIEW Examples to have access to all related LabVIEW examples. 
  9. Click Start LabVIEW Project Creation.
  10. LabVIEW project storing all the examples will be generated and displayed on the screen:

 

For .NET C#-based Example

  1. Install Microsoft Visual Studio with .NET add-ons (kindly reboot when requested).
  2. Install NI-RFSA, NI-RFSG, NI-RFMX, and NI RFIC Test Software (kindly reboot when requested).
  3. Launch RFIC Test Automation Wizard.
  4. Select .NET as the development environment.
  5. Do remember the Project Target Folder.
  6. (Optional) Select your preferred standard(s) in Supported Standards.
  7. Select All for .NET C# Examples to have access to all related .NET C# examples. 
  8. Select Start .NET C# Project Creation
  9. A folder storing all the .NET C# examples will be generated and displayed on the screen:
