I need an analog output (AO) module that can be used with an sbRIO controller and provide an AO settling time faster than 10 µs. I would like to know whether any NI AO modules meet this requirement.

No.
NI currently does not offer any analog output module that is compatible with sbRIO and capable of achieving a settling time of less than 10 µs.

All available NI AO modules designed for CompactRIO/sbRIO platforms have settling times that exceed this requirement, and no supported configuration or external workaround can reduce the settling performance below 10 µs.
