Unintentional File Processing After Restarting SystemLink Server

Issue Details

After a SystemLink Server restart, some files were processed automatically instead of waiting for manual or API-triggered execution. Normally, in my environment, Data Preparation runs only when triggered by the REST API, but in this case, files left in a pending state were processed unexpectedly. 

Solution

To solve this issue, you need to disable automatic monitoring options in the Data Preprocessor instance by turning off Changes in Raw Data Areas to stop file event triggers, Continuous Scan to prevent periodic scanning, and Job Files processing while removing any existing job files.
