NI Offline Help Viewer Displays Incorrect Language

Issue Details

When I launch NI Offline Help Viewer and changed the preferred language, the contents are still shown in English.

Solution

The corresponding help content are installed alongside the software that you have installed. 
(For example, installing LabVIEW 32-bit Japanese will install LabVIEW Offline Manual in Japanese, this applies to other software and other language if the corresponding manual and language are available.)

When the language are not showing properly, repair the corresponding offline manual and NI Offline Help Viewer in NI Package Manager.

 

Additional Information

  • If you are unable to see the corresponding manual, enable the hidden package by following the steps here.
  • If you are still experiencing the problem after the repair, reselecting the language and restarting NI Offline Help Viewer to refresh the application.
