Issue Details

I’m using VeriStand 2024Q3 and 2025Q2, and after installing the ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit through NI Package Manager, the Custom Device doesn’t appear in VeriStand, and the “XCP and CCP Master” folder is missing from the Custom Devices directory. I’ve tried reinstalling the toolkit, but the issue persists.

Solution

Make sure the corresponding VeriStand 20XX Support version option is selected when installing the ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit:

If the option is missing, reinstall VeriStand and its components.

Additional Information

It is also possible to copy the folder with the custom device from the system with the same VeriStand version, where the custom device is installed.
