Facing 'Unknown TPM Error' While Installing Linux Real-Time OS

Issue Details

I want to provision my PXIe-8861 from windows to NI Linux RT. I follow the instruction from this Provisioning a Controller to the NI Linux Real-Time Operating System and managed to complete all the steps.
I confirmed that Provisioning Successful display on the monitor.
I detach the USB and reboot the controller but the below error : Unknown TPM Error occurred.
 

How to solve this issue and use NI Linux RTOS with my controller?

Solution

This might be due to compatibility issue between NI Linux RTOS version and the controller. 

Try creating a recovery USB with different version of NI Linux RTOS and provision the controller again.

Additional Information

For the record, this issue has been found to affect NI Linux RTOS versions: 8.0, 21.5

There is no error with version: 23.8, 25.5
