1. Launch LabVIEW and create a New VI.
2. Create the block diagram of the VI, as shown in the diagram below.

a. Waveform graphs in LabVIEW can support multiple scales, and each plot can be assigned to a specific scale. For guidance on how to plot graphs or charts with two different scales, please refer to How Can I Plot LabVIEW Graph/Chart with Two Different Scales?.
b. If you assign separate scales to each plot, you can independently set the minimum and maximum values for each scale.
