When attempting to open Nigel AI from LabVIEW, or TestStand, it crashes. How do I resolved this issue?
Delete the file server_url.txt located in the folder C: \Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2025 x64\LabVIEW Nigel Chat Application.
The file server_url.txt should be deleted automatically when it is no longer needed. If the file is not deleted, then it will cause Nigel to crash when opened. This is a known issue and will be fixed in a later release.
