NI DIAdem Watch Panel Not Working in Debugging Mode

Issue Details

When running DIAdem in debugging mode, the Watch Panel does not function as expected. This may result in missing or unresponsive variable monitoring during script execution. As shown in the example below:

Solution

This issue can occur due to a corrupted or incomplete installation of DIAdem or its components, especially after system updates or changes in environment settings. To resolve this issue, perform a repair of the DIAdem installation using NI Package Manager (NIPM):

Steps to Repair DIAdem via NIPM:

  1. Open NI Package Manager from the Start Menu.
  2. In the Installed tab, locate DIAdem.
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to DIAdem and select Repair.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repair process.
  5. Restart DIAdem and test the Watch Panel in debugging mode.
