There is not direct API call in order to get this information.

There are several workarounds to get this information:

You can use History RAM (HRAM) in order to get cycle information:
If History RAM does not provide the needed information, as a workaround, you can create a set of registers in the pattern file that store the actual number of vectors and then read them back and compute the vector count from the NI-Digital API.
