Issue Details

Enerchron fails to save NHR measurements to the report and prevents the creation of a new report with these measurements. When auto-scan is enabled in the device configuration, the specific measurement disappears from the measurement monitor, and Enerchron generates timestamp errors. Disabling auto-scan allows the measurement to appear correctly in the measurement monitor and Enerchron completes the script, but the issue with saving NHR measurements in the report persists.

Solution

This issue can arise due to various reasons, ranging from hardware problems to connection issues. Here are several suggestions to resolve this error:

  • Restart Components: Perform a complete restart of all components, including the Enerchron computer and the NHR device. Wait for at least 10 minutes after shutting down the systems before restarting.
  • Disable Firewalls: Ensure that the Windows firewall is completely turned off and no antivirus software is running.
  • Update Enerchron: Update Enerchron to the latest version available. If you already have the latest version, try performing a full uninstall and reinstall
