Updating the NHR-4760 Firmware

The NHR-4760 supports firmware updates, which must be performed while the device is online and connected. Because this is an interactive process, it’s important to follow the update steps carefully to ensure a successful installation.

To update the firmware on your NHR-4760, please follow the instructions below.

Open the NHR System Configurator software:
Right-click the name of the hardware device you want to update - the hardware device menu opens.
Click the Yes button.
This will take you into a dialog that shows the current firmware version for both DSP firmware and Network Micro firmware (NB). Select the appropriate tab then click Update Firmware, then navigate and select the appropriate file for the update. DSP firmware uses the .hex file type and Network Micro firmware uses the .s19 file type.
