"-1390: Sense error" When Using NHR 9410

Issue Details

I am encountering error "-1390: Sense error" on my NHR 9410 when trying to use.  I have verified the sense wire connections are secured, but the error persists.  What can be the issue?

Solution

This error can occur if the bare wire of the cables connected are not making contact with the Sense inputs.  For example, you tightened your cable to the Sense inputs, but only the insulation of the wire is crimped and not the actual bare metal of the wire.
