TestScale Backplane and Modules Not Detected in NI-MAX

Issue Details

I bought TS-15010 backplane and I/O modules for my measurement system. Referring to the manual, I have also installed correct NI-DAQmx version into the host PC. However, when I connect the backplane to the host PC, it does do not appear under Devices and Interfaces in NI-MAX. How to solve this problem?

Solution

For the TestScale backplane (TS-15000 and TS-15010) to function correctly, confirm that the core module (TS-15050) is correctly installed in the designated core module slot (Core Slot / slot C) as shown in below image. Failing to install the core module will cause the backplane and the modules to not be detected in NI-MAX. 

Additional Information

The TestScale devices requires DAQmx 21.8 or later to works. You need to ensure that your host PC OS and LabVIEW version is compatible with the DAQmx version to avoid any compatibility issue.
