What does the 0.025% maximum Duty cycle setpoint resolution mean in NI-9470 Specifications?

Solution

The duty cycle setpoint resolution is 0.025% at most. This means the PWM can only be adjusted in increments of 0.025%, not smaller. For instance, you can set the PWM to 10.025%, 10.05%, 10.075%, etc. If you try to set it to 10.01%, it will round down to 10.0% or up to 10.025%.
