History in SystemLink's Analysis Automation tool times out

Issue Details

The history in the Analysis Automation does not show anything, and a refresh ends in a timeout error.

Accessing it via an HTTP request to /analysisservers/{as_uuid}/completedtasks returns the following message:

Solution

If the complete SystemLink history is very large, SystemLink might have issues loading everything into a list, and therefore just returns the timeout error.

If this is the case, deleting the past entriesĀ  will solve this problem.
In order to delete the history, follow these steps:

  1. In SystemLink, go to Analysis Automation
  2. Select your Analysis Automation Instance
  3. Settings >> Delete History
