VeriStand Stuck on Splash Screen

Issue Details

When I run VeriStand.exe, the program gets stuck on the splash screen:

Usually, the program getting stuck on the splash screen is either a sign of software corruption or a restriction issue.

Here are troubleshooting steps that will help determine the cause of the issue:

• Check if the antivirus on your system is putting VeriStand.exe on the quarantine list.
• See if any IT permissions might restrict VeriStand from accessing the license server.
• Check if any updates might have caused the license to change to a new server.
• Try repairing or installing VeriStand fresh.

You can also run the VeriStand Gateway silently to check on the Gateway's status:

1. Open a command prompt.
2. Execute the start command using the following syntax: "<Base>\veristand-server.exe" start.

This will start the server if it is not already running. This way, you can analyze the behavior of the program.
