Error 203 "Slave firmware do not match" on NHR 9430

Issue Details

I have an NHR 9430 24kW system that was recently repaired and when combining the auxiliary and master units, I received error 203 on my system.  How do I resolve this?

Solution

This typically can happen when an NHR 9430 unit is repaired because the latest version of firmware will be installed as part of the repair process, meaning that the non-repaired system can now have an older version of firmware. 

 

To resolve this error, please follow the steps in the link below to upgrade the firmware on your NHR 9430 units.
