The Connected License Server Is Incompatible With This Version of NI License Manager

Issue Details

I successfully connected to my company's volume license server but whenever I try to launch the NI software i.e., LabVIEW I get the following error: The connected license server is incompatible with this version of NI License Manager. Ask your license server administrator to upgrade to the latest version of the license server.

 

 

Solution

This issue is caused by an incompatibility between the client's NI License Manager and NI Volume Licenser Server. You can check the NI License Manager and Volume License Manager compatibility table to confirm to which version should the server be upgraded based on your NI License Manager. Please note that we strongly suggest that you upgrade to latest available.
