How to Use ELVIS III with Measurements Live Offline

Issue Details

I use ELVIS III through Measurements Live. When I turn off the internet, I cannot use ELVIS III from Measurements Live offline. Is there any method to use ELVIS III and Measurements Live offline?

Solution

Although this is not an officially supported feature, you may be able to use it offline by following these steps:

For the host PC: Install MeasurementsLive > 2.2. You can find the Measurements Live Support Files on NI Package Manager.

 
For ELVIS III: Update the firmware to version 7.0 or higher using NI MAX. You can keep the RT Image as ELVIS III 19.1.


Accessing ELVIS III: Open a web browser and manually type the URL: https://measurementslive.ni.com.
