Issue Details

NHR-9300 unit is not operational. After power up, the unit is stuck in E-stop condition, with E-OFF LED active, and following message in software; "Emergency Stop, Output Relay is open. RESET is REQUIRED to clear". 

Resetting by software does not work.

Solution

  1. E-Stop button is pressed.

  1. Parallel cable or parallel terminator are not installed correctly or are not present. 

  1. Check short condition on back panel for both “E-OFF” and “disable” terminals or if an external EOFF signal is present.

 

 

 

 

  1. Make sure that interlock switch is being pressed when closing the rear door.
