Issue Details

I have a 10 MHz OCXO (oven-controlled crystal oscillator) which I want to use as the clock for an NI USB-6361 DAQ. So that I can synchronise different devices in my testing.
How can I set up the DAQ to use the 10 MHz OCXO clock?

Solution

Connect the 10MHz clock to one of the PFI lines of NI DAQ and then use DAQmx Timing.vi to set the sample clock source to the PFI which is decided to use.
