Error 1162 When Right Click VeriStand Custom Device

Issue Details

I am developing a VeriStand Custom Device and have successfully added it to VeriStand. However, when I attempt to enable or disable the Custom Device by right-clicking on it, I encounter Error 1162 (Hex 0x48A), as illustrated in the attached image. How to resolve this issue? 

 

Solution

The issue arises from the presence of an outdated custom device in the same folder, sharing the same name as a backup. Removing this conflicting folder should resolve the problem.
