How do I Generate a Quote in Renewtrak?

Solution

Renewtrak is an automation platform that offers fully automated SaaS (Software as a Service) renewals.

Communication Details:

Emails sent via Renewtrak will come from the address noreply.renewals@notifications.renewtrak.com. These emails will include a button that will lead to Renewtrak.

Downloading a Quote:

Once you have opened the renewals page, if you need a quote, simply click on the "Download" button.

This will generate a PDF document similar to the one shown below:

Note: To download the PDF, please update your address first. Follow these steps to do so:

1. On the main page, click the "Next" button to proceed to the "Your Details" window.
    
2. In the "Your Details" window, go to the "Check Your Details" section and click the edit button. Here, you can update your billing address for your quote.
    
3. If your company requires tax exemption, you can add your Tax Identification Number in the "Details" tab as well.
    

   Once you have updated your address and tax requirements, click "Save." You are now ready to download your quote.
