Issue Details

  • I have X Series and M Series DAQ Devices and need to synchronize analog input tasks together at the same sampling rate. How can I do that?
  • How can I synchronize analog inputs from two different DAQ device series, like X Series and M Series?

Solution

To synchronize DAQ device within the same series, you can use the methods suggested in Synchronizing X Series, M Series, and SC Express Devices.

To synchronize DAQ devices from two different series, such as X and M Series, you can use the following two methods:

  1. Start Trigger Synchronization
  2. Sample Clock Synchronization

Note: PXI_CLK10 cannot be used as a reference clock for X Series devices, and M Series devices do not have PXIe_CLK100 signals.
