Renewtrak is an automation platform that offers fully automated SaaS (Software as a Service) renewals. Emails sent via Renewtrak will come from the address noreply.renewals@notifications.renewtrak.com. These emails will include a button that will lead to Renewtrak.
If you are not the license owner or the person responsible for proceeding with the renewal, you can click on the "Not for you?" button available in the Review Renewal, Your Details, and Payment/Fulfillment sections. This will take you to the "Forward Renewal" tab.
In this section, enter the contact information of the appropriate person. A renewal notification will be sent to the email address provided.
