Package Builder Displays an Unexpected Error While Launching

Issue Details

Most of the times, NI Package Builder throws this exception when launching for the first time:

 

Package Builder encountered an unexpected error. The application will now close.

Error message: An exception was thrown while activating NationalInstruments.PackageBuilder.Editor.Views.MainWindow.

Solution

This is a known issue. Just click OK and relaunch NI Package Builder. It should open without errors.
