TestStand 2024 Variables Sequences Pane Disappears in Split Screen View

Issue Details

In the default UI configuration view of TestStand 2024 Q4 (24.8), when the Variables/Sequences window is displayed on the left, it disappears when switching to a split-screen view. This issue does not occur in previous versions of TestStand. 

Solution

This is a bug in Teststand 2024 Q4, and will be fixed in the next release.

Workaround

  1. Select the space next to the Steps: MainSequence pan
  2. Drag and drop the Sequence File window to the left pointing arrow in the center of the variables sequence window
