NHR 9300 PowerPanel Chart Recorder Loses Data After 18 Hours

Issue Details

We use the Chart view of PowerPanel to log our data using the Report function and we notice that after 18 hours, we lose data.  How do we fix this?

Solution

The Chart Recorder in the NHR 9300 PowerPanel software has the capability to record the last 18 hours of data, so there is no way to use this tool to record for longer periods of time.

 

If you need to record data for longer than 18 hours, we recommend using a remote PC to control and log data by developing an external application.  The NHR 9300 software installer includes examples for creating programs in LabVIEW, Python, C#, and VisualBasic.
