Solution
This issue can be resolved by the following steps:
- Delete NI-DAQmx 19.6 on the host.
- Install ni-cvi-2019-rt-module-x86_19.0.0.
- reinstall NI-DAQmx 19.6.
Then, you should be able to install NI-DAQmx 19.6 in NI MAX.
