Solution
This issue happens in LabVIEW when there is a mismatch between the port configured in the Weather Monitor (Client) executable vs the port configured for the NI Web Server in the server machine. It can also happen when the NI Web Server is not configured in the server machine. Follow the next steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- If it is the first time using the NI Web Server to host web services configure, launch the NI Web Server Configuration tool, this is an auxiliary application including within the LabVIEW installation. Follow the configuration wizard. In the Select HTTP port section take note of the port configured.
- If you have already configured the NI Web Server, go to the HTTPS section of the NI Web Server Configuration tool and check the port that is configured in there:

- Make sure the Port configured in the Weather Monitor (Client) executable matches the port set in the last steps.
