LabVIEW 64-bit Not Detected on Troubleshoot Remote System Discovery

Issue Details

I have LabVIEW 2019 32-bit and LabVIEW 2024 Q3 64-bit installed on my PC. However, when using the Troubleshoot Remote System Discovery wizard in NI MAX, only LabVIEW 2019 32-bit is detected. The hardware should be compatible with LabVIEW 64-bit as well. Why is LabVIEW 2024 Q3 64-bit not being detected by the wizard?

Solution

This is expected behavior because the Troubleshoot Remote System Discovery wizard currently does not support detecting 64-bit LabVIEW programming environment. It only detects 32-bit LabVIEW programming environment.
